Side Note:
-I ALWAYS pour this into my Sigg before going to the gym, because it helps keep the body cool and at the proper temperature. Plus it is packed with potassium (our central electrolyte)!.
-Beauty:
.When I have dry skin or tightish I pour a little bit of CocoH20onto a cloth and gently rub it all over my face and neck, since it is so beneficial in hydration externally as well as internally.
-If for some reason I have CocoH20 that I have not consumed yet (nearly impossile haaha) I mix a bit into my shower soap so it can lather all over my body to moisturize, I have even heard of people creating bathing in it!!! I think that would be amazing.. because at the end you could add some ice and rum then have a party! (That would be a huge CocoLoco haahaa)
2. Szeltzer Water (aka: Bubble Water)
.I love the fizzy tingle and hydrated feeling I get when I drink this! It has zero sodium, and for added zest you can place a lemon in your glass.
3. Green Tea
Health:
.This has been a consistant beverage in my life, and it is primarily because of how amazing it is for you.
.It is rich in anti-oxidents
.Inhibits growth of some cancers, without harming the healthy tissue.
.Lowers cholesteral levels and inhibits the formation of abnormal blood clots.
.Raises your metabolism and increases fat oxidation (the breakdown of large fat molecules and uses them for energy)
Beauty:
.Slows the aging process by protecting body against free radicals (pollution, smoking, alcohol, excessive sunlight).
.Contains fluoride which is a mineral that helps prevent cavities, if you do not have time to brush after your meal, consider drinking a cup or two of green tea to fuel digestion and keep your pearly whites tidy!
4. Rose Hip Tea
Health:
.Rich in iron which is great during menstration because it helps replace the blood.
.The organic acids and rich nutrients help to strengthen digestive track and stomach lining to help prevent digestive problems.
.Can help to allieviate mental illnesses like depression, anxiesty, and OCD because of the medicinal properties that can calm the central nervous system.
Beauty:
.Promotes clear, radiently hydrated skin.
(I think you get best beauty results from using Rose Hip Oil (no need to dilute) beacuse of its regenerative properties for wrinkles, firmness, scars, and prevention of keloids).

5. Strawberry Lemonade
.This is primarily my indulgent drink, and although as a whole typically does not have many health, the strawberry sure does.. so that is what I will show.
Health:
.Rich in folic acid which helps to prevent/reduce brain related birth defects.
.They whiten your teeth! Cut the berry in half and rub directly on teeth and gums, this will remove tartar from teeth, as well as stregthen and heal gums. Leave on as long as desired, then rinse with warm water.
.Known to keep your beautiful skin clean and clear!
